FOCUS is a 2 1/2 day program for executives and other key individuals from the private, public and nonprofit sectors who are interested in learning more about the inner workings of the community and who are eager to establish civic relationships. This program is especially valuable for those whose schedules do not permit the Adult program’s nine-month commitment, as well as executives who are new to the area or who are looking for an introduction to Leadership.

Program Objectives

·   Broaden working knowledge of the community

·   Introduce “movers and shakers” in Palm Beach County

·   Explore Palm Beach County’s strengths, issues and initiatives

·   Develop interest in involvement with community issues

FOCUS offers:
An opportunity to learn a great deal about our community, the issues and problems and how it functions, with a minimum expenditure of time. Participants gain the knowledge to effectively target their volunteer efforts and learn how they can personally or corporately assist with the concerns of the community.

Tuition: $350

The $350 program fee is payable upon registration. If you are not accepted into the program, the fee will be refunded. Space is limited and applications are accepted based on the date received.
