Kim Jones - Class of 2003

How has LPBC affected you?

It has been a terrific experience. In 2003 I had lived in PB County for about 5 years. Previous to that I had moved about 13 times in the prior 10 years.

LPBC made me appreciate my new “home” and helped me to commit to being an active part of this community.

What is your fondest LPBC memory?

The tour of the Glades. Seeing all of the incredible food we grow here in PBC it inspired me to try gardening. My tomatoes are fantastic but my efforts to grow corn were pretty dismal.
