
Christina is the Executive Director for Leadership Palm Beach County. In this role, she identifies and unites leaders from diverse backgrounds and perspectives to increase their understanding of countywide issues. She is devoted to promoting efficient communication among community leaders to help shape the future of Palm Beach County.
Christina has an extensive background fostering awareness of community issues and encouraging cooperative relationships between businesses with charitable organizations. She worked as the Community Relations Director for the Law Firm of Gordon & Doner in Palm Beach Gardens where she utilized her community involvement and business relationships to assist local organizations through the firm’s charitable donations. Her passion for engaging the Palm Beach County community began when she moved to the county in 2007 to serve as the American Cancer Society Executive Director in North Palm Beach.
Christina is involved in many local organizations: SunFest Board Member and Public Relations Chairperson, Junior League Communications Chairperson, NPB Young Professionals Council Member, Northern Palm Beach Chamber Board Member, Public Relations Society of America Secretary, American Heart Association Heart Walk Team Captain, Loggerhead Marinelife Center Blue Friends volunteer, and Leukemia & Lymphoma Society volunteer. She has also a member of the Leadership Palm Beach County class of 2012.

Stacey is the Programs and Administrative Coordinator for Leadership Palm Beach County. In this capacity, Stacey coordinates the organization’s administrative tasks and supports core programs, especially Youth Leadership. LPBC is in Stacey’s blood—her father was a member of the organization’s first leadership class! Born and raised in West Palm Beach, Stacey began her early career in retail on Worth Avenue. Stacey eventually landed in New York at the Nine West Group where she managed a $23 million division for their Specialty Footwear Retailing division.
Stacey returned Palm Beach County with her husband Jeff in 1999 to make their home in Wellington and be closer to their families. Stacey also volunteers with local animal rescue groups and is currently active with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

Allegra is the Programs and Communications Coordinator for Leadership Palm Beach County, a role that allows her to share LPBC’s story with the public, collaborate with various alumni committees, and oversee marketing campaigns. Allegra moved to Palm Beach County after living in the Caribbean nation of Dominica as a Peace Corps Volunteer for two years. Her most meaningful volunteer work was building borrowing libraries in rural primary schools and, through partnership with a local eco-resort, stocking them with beautiful children’s books. Allegra currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hands Across the Sea, the largest U.S. charity focused on literacy in the Eastern Caribbean.
