Each adult leadership class selects community projects from several proposals submitted by local nonprofit organizations. Class members work together in small groups to help organizations reach their goals.
Leadership Palm Beach County’s community-wide ethics initiative was formed in 2007 to help establish a Culture of Ethics in local government.
This program provides an opportunity for LPBC alumni to lend expertise and resources to Career Academies in high schools throughout the county. Its goal is to help schools deliver excellent, relevant education specific to job training and college preparation.
This dynamic and popular speaker series invites our alumni to engage with high-profile local and state figures in an intimate, one-on-one setting. Recently, we enjoyed dialogue with Palm Beach County School Superintendant Wayne Gent as well as Florida Supreme Court Justice Jorge Labarga.
