How did you get involved in Leadership Palm Beach County: A client encouraged me to apply.

Who encouraged you to apply for Leadership Palm Beach County: It got me outside of my “engineering network community” and developed literally hundreds of new friends and acquaintances that I never would have had the opportunity to know.

What you do for a living: Engineering

What you like best about your job: Managing large groups of people and seeing ideas turn into reality to benefit our clients and our communities.

Your education: Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering

Your family: Married to Kim, an RN, with three kids, Ryan, Daniel and Kristine.

City of birth: City of WPB at Good Samaritan Hospital

Place of residence: Village of Wellington

First job: At 16, in the mailroom of a large local engineering firm.

Where we would find you on a Saturday afternoon: Tinkering with my 1972 Corvette that I keep inside a bubble in my garage.

Favorite way to spend time: With Kim and the kids.

Greatest extravagance: My 1972 Corvette that I bought five years ago from a guy in California.

Person most interested in meeting: Jay Leno (for his car collection)

Best vacation you have taken: Driving up the California coastline with the family

Last vacation: Two weeks ago, went out to Vegas to see Garth Brooks perform

Most interesting place you have visited: Corvette manufacturing plant in Bowling Green, Ky.

Favorite restaurant: Seasons 52

Last movie watched: The Green Zone

Favorite TV show: Amazing Race/American Pickers

Goal yet to be achieved: I did have here, “to get into Leadership Florida”, just got word last recently that I was accepted into the program, after three tries. So now I need to look at another goal.
