Leadership Palm Beach County Announces 2017-2018 Board of Governors
(WEST PALM BEACH, FL) August 1, 2017 - Leadership Palm Beach County (LPBC) announces its 2017-2018 Board of Governors and incoming Board President, Charles Frazier, Leadership Engage Class of 2013.
Charles is an executive administrator, division director and the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Officer of Palm Tran, Inc., Palm Beach County’s surface transportation department. Palm Tran has a fleet of 150 fixed route buses and 231 paratransit vehicles which provide over 11 million trips annually. He assists the Executive Leadership Team in the oversight of both fixed route and paratransit transportation operations and directs the performance of the Support Services division, which includes the following disciplines: information technology, facilities, security, public relations/external affairs, marketing, and customer service. Charles’ previous experience with LPBC includes sitting on the Board of Governors 2014, Marketing Committee 2014, Finance Committee 2014, Treasurer 2015 and 2016 and as 1st Vice President 2017.
