The best way to stay in the know about everything LPBC is to sign up for our weekly newsletter

There you'll find updates on our programs, information on upcoming events, and ways you can get involved.

If you have a specific question on our programs or events, head over to our Contact Us page and submit an inquiry. We'll get back to you as soon as we can.

If you really want to know what LPBC is all about, we suggest you ask one of our many alumni. If you browse our alumni directory, you'll see we have members in all industries - you'll most likely know an LPBC alum already!  They can give you their own perspective on their experience, and guide you on how you can become involved.

Each year, LPBC works with schools throughout Palm Beach County to create a Grow class of approximately 45 high school juniors from diverse backgrounds. Students do not go through a traditional application process. Instead, we rely on school administrators, teachers, and guidance counselors to recommend students whom they feel will benefit from the curriculum as well as contribute meaningfully to the group. Any interested candidate for our Youth Leadership Program should speak to their principal and guidance counselor during the spring of his or her sophomore year.

Leadership Focus is not a required prerequisite for Leadership Engage program. However, Focus is a great introduction to LPBC and many graduates of Focus go on to apply to and graduate from the year-long course. For those professionals who cannot commit a great deal of time or who are new to Palm Beach County, Focus is often the best option.

LPBC is a private nonprofit 501c3 educational organization and is registered with the Florida Division of Consumer Services to solicit funds to benefit its programs and community projects (Registration #CH-14757).
