Lindsey White
Executive Director
Lindsey White is a nonprofit executive with more than 20 years of experience leading mission-driven organizations through strategic growth, community engagement, marketing, and philanthropy. She has held leadership positions with several prominent nonprofit organizations in Palm Beach County and is known for building strong partnerships, developing high-performing teams, and advancing initiatives that strengthen communities.
A West Palm Beach native, White holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from New York University and is a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE). She is a graduate of Leadership Palm Beach County Class of 2016 and Leadership Florida Cornerstone Class 43. White is a member of the Forum Club of the Palm Beaches and Executive Women of the Palm Beaches and remains actively involved with numerous local charitable organizations.
Shanine Dorta
Events & Marketing Manager
Originally from Houston, TX, Shanine has called Florida home for over 40 years. Shanine's experience in Marketing and Advertising spans over 25 years, during which she has created successful Marketing campaigns for major household brands.
Before moving into the Marketing space, Shanine worked in broadcast radio. Her most memorable assignment was spending a week as a field producer at the Houston Astrodome following Hurricane Katrina where she spent countless hours alongside those who endured the event, documenting their experiences.
Her passion for community enrichment has led her to partner with organizations such as the Greater Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce, the Greater Deerfield Beach Chamber of Commerce, St. Baldrick's Foundation, Women in Distress, Habitat for Humanity of Greater Palm Beach County, Best Foot Forward, and the Golden Bell Education Foundation.
Shanine is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University, where she earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre and a certification in Hospitality and Tourism Management.
Ashley Cacicedo-Surdovel
Programs Manager
Ashley Cacicedo-Surdovel is a civic leader and communications professional dedicated to strengthening communities across Palm Beach County.
Ashley is deeply involved in volunteer leadership as President of the Women’s Chamber of Commerce of Palm Beach County and Co-Chair of the League of Women Voters of Florida Young Adults Committee. She is also an active member of the League of Women Voters of Palm Beach County, a former Chapter Director of New Leaders Council Palm Beach and current board member, and serves on the South Florida Fair Scholarship Committee.
