Requests for Proposals

Leadership Forward is open to all 501C3 organizations in Palm Beach County that want to collaborate with our Leadership Engage class members on projects of impact.

Leadership Forward is the initiative of Leadership Palm Beach County through which each year's Leadership Engage class gives back to our community through projects in collaboration with local non-profit organizations. Each organization if chosen, will have the benefit of amazing volunteers that are ready to give back, over a 9 month collaboration to deliver a project of impact for the organization and those they serve.

Application Process

  1. Download and review the Leadership Forward RFP.
  2. Attend a mandatory Information Session to learn more about the Leadership Forward opportunity.
  3. Complete the RFP and submit it by the deadline on the proposal form.
  4. Provide the necessary documentation as requested in the proposal form.
  5. Proposals are reviewed by the Leadership Forward committee, composed of Alumni of our Engage program.
  6. The projects on the slate will pitch their projects to the current Engage class at their orientation.
  7. The class will choose the projects they wish to support at their opening retreat.

Frequently Asked Questions

Any 501C3 organization can participate after attending an information session and completing a proposal application. Applications are then reviewed by the Leadership Forward committee, and a slate of projects is put forth to the class to select.
